Thank you to Barb Hawley, Diane Webster, Abby Bartell and high school friends, Mary Wyand, and Rita Kitchel for a fun filled morning of snow-less activities.

We took our math learning outside after 2 huge snow storms. We measured depth of snow and distance of sledding runs. FUN!
With 70 degree temperature today, it felt like summer recess. Kinders and Firsties really enjoyed recess on this Fall day.
The Kinders and Firsties, along with many great parents and grandparents, went to the Great Vermont Corn Maze in North Danville. FUN, FUN, FUN! Thanks Mike and Dayna for a wonderful field trip!
Here are the teachers feeling the success:
The first event for the K-1 team for this school year, was a celebration for Grandparents. Each classroom hosted a mini Open House then we all gathered in the cafeteria for a shared snack. Thank you to everyone who helped make this a memorable event for the Kinders and Firsties! Enjoy the video.
At our last Community Meeting, Ms. Karch was celebrated for her many positive qualities. The Firsties spelled out her name while Mrs. Remick and Ms. Copen gave a quality about Ms. Karch for that letter. Ms. Karch will still be teaching Kindergarten, just at a school closer to her home. Mrs. Remick, Ms. Copen and Ms. Karch will all be teaching Kindergarten! They will forever be colleagues.
Kinders and Firsties gave Ms. Karch a surprise bridal shower! They were sooooo good about keeping it a surprise. It was a precious time.
Kinders and Firsties (as well as the whole school) were entertained and participated in some good old drumming and dancing to kick off Spring Fling.
